More about me

Have you wondered or question what self-care means and what it really looks like?
How would belonging with your belonging move you in this world?
How would moving and acting from a place of care shape your way of being in the world?

How we are being matters.
How we are being with our experiences matters.
How we are being with the experience of others matters.
How we hold space for the experience of others matters.
Self-care is truly a collective experience.

Come join me to deepen and widen your practices of self-care.

Come join me!

Let’s take a moment, a pause, to redefine self-care

What can acts of care look like?

Building a relationship to care involves not just the self but our self in relationship to others and the world.

Acts of care for the self hold the dance of reciprocity. It thrives and expands in relationship. Self -care is not an internal act that we do alone. It embodies the beauty of being with, a being in relationship and act of belonging.

What can slowing down and opening up look like?

I am so thrilled to journey alongside wise humans and lean into deepening a practice of care for self and others.

Care has an impact, and our relationship to our care for self and others has an impact.

Slower is faster...

What is your relationship to care?
What does being present with discomfort look like for you?
How do you practice care moment by moment?

Come join me...
